The 6 week series of LGBQ ESCAPE

For the one who wants to vomit and kill themselves.

I am a very big Buddhist Teacher, Thank you very much I know what to do with these 6 weeks. I am not happy to be mad. Get real with me over the 6 weeks and perhaps you might make it to the great beyond.

Beyond isn’t a place of killing. ‘I’ still exists in the beyond.

Good Gods & Goddess help us all! Why does the plural form of God include women and the singular doesn’t is something to think about.

At BIST You can join the WRAP program and learn how to survive in a community with people who are interested and give you kindness while you look for love in better places. Love is something you should have inside you from your family. Not everyone is here to share Love. I am not here to share love except with my Family. This is for those people who do not know the difference. We Love you. In the end, it is better to be alive and free than have your privileges taken away.

Dark Buddha’s last [Poem]

It will bring healing to your body. You will receive wisdom from watching this.

In the end, only Kindness will matter. It is true for us all. In the end, only the kindest and honest actions will bring us peace when we are dying. Kindness is free and makes the world a more pleasant place to be sharing.

The dark Buddha of hatred who forgot of his own nature
is hating the world and women in it;
He too one day will realize that kindness matters to him;
He also cries and screams in pain and doesn't like it that life is this way. He forgot that life is suffering and decided to outsmart Buddhism on his own.
He believes that Karma doesn't exist. Actions don't exist for the dark Buddha. Dark Buddha is wrong, and choses to stay in the wrong, all we have to call him is chuckleheaded fool. There is no love and no education, no community and no enterprise.
His dark way of killing women and sexually abusing feminine. It is an awful human being that claims his mind to thinking that oneness and kindness are only for women. while thinking in his mind isnt an act. He makes himself into a dark puppet.
A person who desires women to learn about pain and looks for the darkness within people to cultivate more of that hate. Darkest Buddha is the nasties

Dark Buddha who forgot of his nature was found by Dakinis
got educated.
While fighting and desiring to kill and wishing women nothing that they want for themselves;
Dark Buddha went off to his own grave.
He laid in his own hole in his own box and in the earth knowing he will not take another breath.
His mind so volatile and hostile and unhappy only flew around thinking of nothing but hate.

Oh dear, who will help that Dark Buddha Today?
The many days lost in the battle of the minds the Dark Buddha did realize that he has failed in life completely because he didn't want to be real to people in his community.
Oneness isn't a game of sexually abusing women,
Oneness is something real, tangible and experienced,
the hate and suffering caused to others remain and honest good people are healing that pain.

I found you [Poem]

I don’t want you to suffer
I found you on the way to this small place to pray
A place hidden from the loud big noise of the world
A little shelter
a safe place for prayer
It is so confusing and so unclear
This small path outlines the direction to pray
I believe in time what I found will show me the way.
Thank you for knowing the way for this small place to pray.
Once we pray and heal and all else awakes this small path remains to warn us of the past.

Please don’t punish me [Sonnet Poem]

These grey days passing by before my eyes,
Forgotten times of low education,
Candy Society fell, right my eyes?
We knew we could not be without money.

Sales are filling up in our paper bags,
Found unspoken, mind is still very loud.
Remembering my suffering and pain,
I want to live to see better light days.

Do not punish me for desiring love,
Living free is our birth right on this Earth.
Do not punish me for karmic wind’s charm,

Do not punish me for truth that I am.
I want to trust good people around me.
Don't punish me with pain or anything.

I am a martyr, a brief note.

I don’t have any other choice in this, as I am surfacing into less suffering, I don’t have much to say to those who decided to give me these big titles. I think they are nice, I don’t know what my duties will be.

I am selected to be a Sacha Master

I am selected to be a Green Tara

I am going to be proclaimed as someone great in the world of women. I work with darkness and handle a lot of confusion. I help people get clarity in suffering. I am learning more and more how love keeps us all going. Chameli & Arjuna Ardagh are very good people. ✨💖

Except the ones I like [Haiku Poem]

Good evening everyone, it is very late in Toronto and I am pretty sure I found the colours for my new website makeover. It will have a scrapbook feel to it and be expressing the various artistic and poetic, prose topics I share.

Symbols are important to me as they predecease the language (I am sure about that) and give meaning to people of various cultures according to their traditions, this makes me feel that my work is more accessible to people from around the world. That is kind of where I am today.

Today I started the follow through formula from B-School and I am looking forward to the course starting again on August 2. This is a program that can totally transform you life.

What is most important in my work for people is that it is something to talk about.

Maybe you will follow the gold dot around my site once the B-School is over.

July 16, 2021 update

Thank you for the invite to this art show and music performance. It is difficult to speak about my art when someone hates me with passion in my heart, womb. I wish I wasn’t hated for no just reason to enjoy this art show and music and people’s company. 💚🌴 Thank you for receiving positively my photography. Living with brain injury does affect my life. It means a lot to me to share and discuss our art. 🎙📸 A Sonam Wangmo

💚 Few words on Deity Yoga 🙏

In Vajrayana Buddhism, we practice embodying the Deity and offering prayers to that Deity until we reach enlightenment. Everyone has their favorite Deity.

This is a good article from the Gelug school of Buddhism, it is about cognitive mental health benefits of deity yoga practice.

A reflection of life ♐️ 🌒 [Sonnet Poem] 💚🌴

All people matter and are connected,
Innately care about humanity,
On this green earth no one is rejected,
Many are healing from insanity.

I have pain in my heart from my carer,
Killing and death bring on an inner pain,
Unwilling I had fear to discover,
Growing in love and force for my heart's reign.

Cosmic wisdom is written in the birth,
The prayer descended Goddess on me,
Green Tara has love for all on this Earth,
Goddess Tara is present inside me.

Jewish year set in a positive prime.
Illuminated mind works all the time.

A short witch story [Sestina poem]

The beautiful women of green Norway,
Away from sad struggles of other north,
Close to the right broom of sisters' witches,
In various books on holy water;
Frightened cats and small snakes were all blood red,
Grasses swayed in the wind on a long road.

Many stones paved in colours a long road,
Close to the blue ocean of green Norway,
Puzzle pieces fell from the sky blood red,
In the lovely hillside of other north,
Where the big chair burns this holy water,
Beautiful women are sisters' witches.

Where the big chair burns these sisters' witches;
Stirring stars in the sky spoke the long road,
Away from struggles of holy water,
Where the big red chair sits in green Norway,
Close to the blue ocean of other north,
Her wild hair was tangled up and blood red.

Tall ornamental vases were blood red;
In various books on sisters' witches,
Where the big red chair sits in other north,
Moon fell down to my bag on the long road,
Away the sad struggles of green Norway,
Close to the right broom of holy water.

Happiness may run with holy water;
Around the stone circle was all blood red,
In the lovely hillside of green Norway,
Happiness may run the sisters' witches,
From my crown, a star flew on the long road,
Away from sad struggles of other north.

Happy people live well in other north;
Beautiful women are holy water,
Trees grew tall and fresh along this long road,
These flying angry birds were all blood red,
Away struggles! of the sisters' witches,
Happy people live well in green Norway.

The long road to other north,
Green Norway gave holy water,
Blood red are the sisters' witches.

Imperfect limerick [Poem]

Awful good these bags of tayto

Except to have yourself a tomato.

Drink plenty of coke, have a smoke,

Dance wildly, sing a song loudly.

Hopefully you won’t croak.
