Daffodils [Hexaduad Poem]

Yellow
Trumpet
Earth nourishes it well,
Rains falling on petals.
Using earth to its advantage,
Smart flower you defend yourself.
Satisfying
Vibrant to see
A March flower grows bright.
Happiness you bring us.
Sharing beauty,
My daffodils.
