ode to coca-cola [Poem]

1886 is long gone.

Pemberton invented a drink

loaded with high fructose corn sugar.

I do know why I am enjoying this sweet death in a can

it makes a temperance drink and a great combination with alcohol

delicious cold and sweet, not warm.

12 fl.oz in an aluminum pop-top.

on a well balanced day it is enough and easy to put away.

Coca Cola the arguable drink that makes so much money

Its stock is up, I just looked.

In Memory of John Stith Pemberton who invented Coke in 19th century and died today in 1888.
