a short reflection on suffering attitude

Notice where your energy goes in the day, what are you voting your time to?

To make lasting changes in life we need to understand deeply that our life is what we practice – either consciously or unconsciously.

It is not hard to make decisions in life once you embody your values, [you can notice] where you are voting your time.

Making changes in life means you have to decide to face the very things you are avoiding.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama says: Our attitude towards suffering becomes very important because it can affect how we cope with suffering when it arises.

Most of our day-to-day suffering comes from reactive emotions and repressed feelings.

Emotions come and go like the waves in the ocean, we get trapped when we attach a story to our feelings and emotions. In awakening coaching with the use of Radical Releases we can liberate the frequencies of repressed/current difficult feelings and as a result, rest in unobscured presence. It is amazing to see the clarity that comes from a session of Radical Releases as people naturally know what their next steps are and nothing feels forced.

I wrote couple page reflection on August 20, 2014. I took a portion of it to share here May 18, 2020.
